Usage Rights

• All 3D avatars and assets are copyright protected. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing files is strictly prohibited.
• Uploads must always remain private and may not be made public or shared with others.
• You may edit or customize my models, but you must continue to credit me as the original creator.
• You may allow someone else to edit your files on your behalf, but they must delete the files once finished.
• Do not remove my credit from the in-game menu or avatar mesh.
• Do not reuse or extract assets from my avatars. Obtain all assets directly from the original creators as credited on each store page.
• You may use my avatars for NSFW content and on social media, provided proper credit is given.
• You may upload my avatars to other social VR platforms only as private uploads not accessible to others.

Licensing

• Personal License: You may use the product for personal, non-commercial projects only. Redistribution or resale is not allowed.
• Commercial License: You may use the product in commercial projects and on public VRChat avatars, but not distribute the asset alone. Credit must be provided with a direct link to the asset’s page.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and nonrefundable.
